With his relaxed and enquiring manner and natural empathy for the others, Neil Mattingley is perfectly suited to the role of Client Relationship Manager. “For some time now I’ve been intrigued by what makes businesses tick. Without doubt the aspect of business that has always inspired me is customer service” Neil explained.
Neil’s passion for customer service can be traced to an encounter with John Hughes – arguably Western Australia’s most esteemed car dealer – some years ago whilst teaching him tennis at the Peppermint Grove Tennis Club. “John had no doubt that the secret to his business success lay in his commitment to treating every contact with a customer as an opportunity to create a client for life. That really stuck with me” Neil said. “That whole concept of the customer for life – the revolving door in business - is what I look for in every encounter with a client”.
After leaving the teaching profession two years ago, Neil spent his first year at Altus working as a Sales Representative and a Personal Assistant. “I loved my time in sales – it taught me so much about the complexities of real estate and about the need in the marketplace for someone to help the average Mum and Dad through them”.
“The company is going all-out to attract lifetime clients and I think that we have the right attitude, team and systems in place to achieve that goal”. |
